For the past three decades as a criminal defense attorney, William R. Tunkey has repeatedly won acquittals and dismissals of the most serious criminal charges in literally hundreds of cases. He has obtained these successful outcomes in every type of criminal case, including white collar fraud, medicare and medicaid fraud, drug conspiracies, racketeering and violent crimes such as homicide, murder, robbery or rape.
Consistently throughout his career, William Tunkey has achieved favorable results including the acquittal of all eight defendants in a highly publicized drug racketeering indictment in Key West known as the Bubba Bust; the dramatic acquittal of a man being accused of being the notorious Lost Dog Rapist; and, together with partner, Benjamin S.
