Joseph E. Nascimento

Joseph E. Nascimento is the newest addition to the Miami based criminal defense firm of Robbins, Tunkey, Ross, Amsel, Raben & Waxman, P.A. Mr. Nascimento’s practice concentrates exclusively on the defense of criminal matters across the state.

After graduating with his Bachelor’s degree in political science and a concentration in criminology, Mr. Nascimento went on to attend the University of Miami School of Law. While at the University of Miami School of Law, Mr. Nascimento excelled in the school’s nationally recognized Litigation Skills program, eventually being awarded the Marco A. Vazquez Memorial Scholarship. After obtaining several scholarships and focusing his education on criminal law, Mr. Nascimento graduated, cum laude, with a Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law.

Before coming to Robbins, Tunkey, Ross, Amsel, Raben & Waxman, P.A., Mr. Nascimento was a certified legal intern with the Miami-Dade Public Defender’s Office, a law clerk for a Broward County 17th Judicial Circuit Criminal Court Judge, an intern at the Broward County Public Defender’s Office and a clerk at a Broward County civil law firm. Mr. Nascimento’s main goal is to use his experience and passion to zealously represent clients in all types of criminal matters throughout the State of Florida.
