His acquittals include a wide variety of felony cases in matters such as armed robberies, armed sexual batteries, trafficking in narcotics including the representation and acquittal of members of the law enforcement community.

His experience as a criminal defense attorney over the course of the years include many significant acquittals obtained in trying over 150 cases to juries spanning 20 years and successful outcomes by reason of insanity and motions to suppress which have prevented the Government from bringing cases to trial.

He has been recognized by his peers in the criminal defense community from 2001 through 20010 in various publications as one of South Florida’s top lawyers. The most recent being the South Florida Legal Guide of 2010. He has been an adjunct professor of law at the University of Miami since 1997 and is admitted to practice United States Supreme Court as well as other United States District Court districts.
